As the majority of our guests do downhill skiing, a lift pass is required to get you up the mountain! If you have been lucky enough to get a free one thanks to one of our Early Booking Offers, lucky you - you don't need to do anything. For everyone else, you will need to purchase a lift pass in advance and we can add it directly to your booking before you go.
If you haven't yet done so, give us a call on 01484 548 996 and speak to one of our knowledgeable team to find out which lift passes would be most suitable for your party.
Timed to suit your own cash-flow
We understand that not everyone will have the money to pay their lift passes when they pay their holiday balance. With us, you can book and pay your lift passes up until 10 days before your departure, meaning you don't have to fork out for them before you have to. What's more, we will have them waiting for you on arrival.
How do lift passes work?
All lift passes are now electronic cards which mean that you pass through the barriers without having to rummage through your pockets – remember to keep your ski pass in a zipped pocket on your left hand side as that is how the card readers are designed.
Please note...
We are required by the lift pass office to check the date of birth of anyone who has ordered a discounted or free pass (children/seniors) so please don't be offended if our staff ask your age! If an incorrect age category has been ordered then we won't be able to issue the pass for you unless we receive the correct amount, because we would incur a fine if the lift attendants query your pass.
DON'T LEAVE IT TOO LATE
Add them to your booking no later than 10 days before departure or else you will have to buy them from the cash desk in resort. This means you will have to leave your warm chalet with Champagne and walk in the freezing cold to the cash desk (as long as it hasn't closed already) and purchase them with either cash or a card, subject to whatever exchange rate gets used by them. Just book them in advance with us and then you can relax on your first night in our company, supping our Champagne and munching our delightful canapés!
