If you are considering alternative companies please ensure they are officially bonded for your own protection. Some companies display an ATOL logo but you're not covered because they don't provide travel! Just ask if you're uncertain...or check here on the CAA website
If Le Ski failed before a guest went on a flight inclusive holiday the CAA would refund what they had paid for their holiday. If Le Ski failed while they were on a flight inclusive holiday the CAA would get them home. If Le Ski failed before a guest went on a non-flight inclusive holiday ABTOT (the Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust) would refund what they had paid for their holiday. If Le Ski failed while they were on an non-flight inclusive holiday ABTOT (the Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Ltd.) would get them home.
Le Ski have held ATOL No. 2307 (Air Travel Organiser’s Licence) for over 30 years. It is renewed every year but only after stringent financial checks are made by the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority).
Guests of ours who were affected by closures due to the Covid pandemic soon realised just how important it was that their tour operator was fully bonded. Many other operators who weren't bonded simply ignored their guests and didn't refund them for their lost holiday. As an ATOL bonded tour operator we are obliged to adhere to certain standards - and we pay the CAA to insure each one of our guests who book a holiday wth flights with us. This is all part of the process Le Ski follow to provide quality skiing holidays and helps to explain why we have such a high guest return rate.
