Excellent
Excellent service at reasonable price.
Stayed in Bel Air in Val d’Isere - smooth transfer, fantastic chalet hosts and wonderful chalet. Great atmosphere and even skiied with some of the other lovely guests we shared with. Only downside for me is I find the menu quite rich, personal preference this suited the other guest fine!

Fabulous service from Le Ski
Le Ski gave us excellent service. Our week was filled with excellent food, staff, chalets, Sunday to Sunday service so you don't encounter the Saturday traffic, etc! Highly recommend Le Ski and will be using their services on our our next trip.

Amazing week on the slopes!
We had excellent service from start to finish. There was always someone to chat to over the phone when we were booking. The team were super helpful and flexible and able to answer all my questions. The staff in the resort and at the chalet were equally delightful. So friendly and accommodating. Everything was organised for us. Ski passes were ready, restaurants were booked and massages arranged! The food in the chalet and the rooms themselves were fantastic. We would definitely travel with Le Ski again and recommend it to friends. Thank you for a great holiday!

The service from La ski was very good but the communication between ski solutions and myself was poor poor invoicing sending invoices that said I owed £2300 when I had fully paid plus you sent me invoices too saying I owed money!
And ski solutions did not send me the information as to check in earlier which would have saved a lot of time at the airport but I found out through La ski and by then it was the day before flying and couldn’t log on

Wonderful! A complete pleasure from start to finish.
Such a fabulous friendly company and really good value. All the staff are amazing from the lady on the end of the phone when I booked, to the wonderful Chalet Girls who looked after us while we were out there.

Easy booking. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Relaxing jurney from airport to ski Chalet. Great food at breakfast, tea time and dinner plus wine.

Le Ski review of chalet in Val d’isere
The service which we received was excellent from booking the chalet through to all aspects of being in the resort.
The transfer to the resort was a challenge to the staff as we had to land at a different airport from that scheduled due to fog but the staff were efficient and helpful and kept us updated at all times as there was a crash on the road to the resort which caused a delay!
The chalet which we stayed in was a little dated as it was not owned by the company but was homely. Our bathroom certainly needed an upgrade and we were unable to see when in the shower due to the dark curtain blocking out the light! During our stay this issue was dealt with swiftly by the resort rep and we were given access to another bathroom. This was excellent customer service as was the fixing of the boot heater which similarly was not working.
The amazing chalet host made up for these shortcomings. She was friendly and informative but most importantly an excellent chef. All the meals whether breakfast, afternoon tea or dinner were superb.
I would certainly recommend Le Ski and would stay in the same chalet again, which had an excellent location, if it had the necessary and much needed modernising.

First Expererience - First Class!
It's the first time holidaying with Le Ski but it certainly won't be the last if the price is right.
Everything from booking through coach transfers, the chalet, the food and the chalet staff were all excellent.
