Service from the office staff in the UK is excellent.
Service in report can be variable re service, food , cleaning etc. The standard is generally good though and you know what to expect on a LeSki holiday.

The whole experience was really good as usual.
It would have been 5 star apart from the Vegetarian "non beef" Wellington.
As a sustainable beef and sheep farmer i find being pushed to be vegetarian because of an agenda offensive.
I have lost all faith in carbon footprints after carrying out several during the past 10 years.
At the beginning they were detailed audits taking sequestration fully into account.
Our latest Carbon Footprint Audit refused to take into consideration the 10,000 hedging plants/trees we've planted over the past 10 years, the 3,000 acres of hill land we don't graze for 6 months every year to increase the plant life and aid the sequestration levels of the peat bogs and lastly it refuses to take into consideration the two hydroelectric schemes we've built on farm that produce 900MWh annually.
it is almost as though there is a political agenda to make the meat we produce look bad.

Chalet Hosts - Evie & Lauren - looked after us extremely well.
Very courteous and very helpful. Good cooking skills.
I would suggest however that Le Ski equip their chalets with a tea cosy for the teapot - at higher altitudes water boils below 100 degrees C so getting a good cup of tea needs all the help it can get!!

Excellent service from holiday confirmation to transfers. Very easy to get onboard with very little to no hassle taking own equipment.

The most perfect holiday!
