Everyone is polite, helpful and their main aim is to ensure you have a nice holiday. Also the other people staying were nice.

Disappointing
The chalet experience was disappointing. The cleanliness was not good enough with crumbs on chairs and floor as soon as we arrived and hairs all over the bedroom.
2 days with no evening meals and minimal breakfast provision. Also the evening before and breakfast of the days with no chalets girls were were expected to clear up and put the dishwasher on (no instructions!) If we wanted any crockery. Whilst I agree that adequate days off are necessary these could be staggered between staff. This is what has happened on previous chalet holidays elsewhere.

Ski week in chalet
The hosts were really friendly and helpful. I would suggest having s it done house keeping rules on timings for meals etc beforehand but otherwise it was great. Food was really good but quite a lot of waste.
Would really recommend Le Ski to anyone wanting to book a ski trip.

Rooms (on small basic side, but comfortable and perfectly adequate)

Ski Holiday Perfection!

Excellent ski chalet holiday provider.
From booking with the uk office, to the flight, and transfer to resort, all went smoothly.
The chalet was lovely and perfectly located for my needs: close to the slopes, easy access, quiet at night and warm inside with a lovely bathroom. The chalet staff were friendly, professional and welcoming, striking the perfect balance between staff and clients.

Great trip, no hidden stresses
Great service, friendly host, everything was made simple and stress free. The contrast of this experience makes me realise how poor customer experience is with most other companies i interact with, this was a breath of fresh air in comparison.

Excellent mid price ski chalet company
We have stayed with Le Ski at least ten times over the last twenty years and always had an excellent service from them . The head office staff are always helpful and knowledgeable and the chalet hosts have always produced delicious meals and been helpful and charming. On our recent holiday in Val d’Isere we needed help from the resort manager and she could not have done more for us.
I have no hesitation I. Recommending the company.
