Chalet, hosts and travel excellent, food quality has slipped.
Chalet, the new Jet 2 flight from Gatwick and transfers were excellent. The hosts were friendly and attentive. I do not like the extra day off now and believe staff levels should be increased to allow the return to 6 days dinner. The food quality has slipped. Some dishes excellent (chicken, duck) excellent, others only ok. The canapés (every night as a compensation for the extra night off) were unadventurous and unnecessary. Yes I will come again because of the chalet, charter flight, transfers, hosts and the fellow guests but the food needs to be taken back up a level.

Le Ski - everything you want from a catered chalet holiday
From the knowledgeable staff in the office who helped with making a very late booking, to transfers from airport to the chalet, to a week with the best hosts Kat and Harry and finally the return transfer. All was 5 star +.

Great food!
Bedroom was a little too cosy for 3 elderly gentlemen, but we were made aware of that from the office before booking so no surprises.

Food was good, chalet was exceptional. Needs lighting outside around and to the hot tub as this walkway is a hazard.

LeSki are the best
LeSki staff are friendly, efficient and great fun. Nothing was too much trouble for them both before and during our ski trip. The chalet was perfect for our needs and the chalet staff went out of their way to do whatever we asked, including providing extra early breakfasts. Can't wait to do it all again next year.

Top-notch
We've been travelling with Le Ski for many years and that in itself is a measure of their general performance. The flight was diverted - a too-regular occurrence with Chambery - but the flow of information and resolution by Le Ski was excellent. The chalet was superb, with all credit to the chalet host, and we were supremely fortunate with both snow and weather. So all more than good.

Service was good but room was very disappointing. Very small with not enough space to store anything. Cupboards very small, shelves tiny. We ended up storing clothes on a rail in the spare toilet.

Great chalet - and an even better host!
Mistral is a beautiful chalet, close to both the lift and the Schuss bar with great views of La Saulire, Les Chenus and the pistes down to Courchevell Village. But, best of all, Le Ski have found another brilliant host in the sorceress Sorcha, who is charming, thoroughly organised and a highly skilled cook. Is there really anything more you could want?

Best catered ski holiday company.
Just returned from our 7th or 8th Le Ski holiday. In our experience Le Ski have always been a brilliant. We know that we will get excellent service in great Chalets, in great locations. In addition it's always a pleasure dealing with the team at Head Office for whom nothing is too much trouble. We get the impression that many of their clients use Le Ski year after year, much like us, and this is an endorsement of the quality of their offering.

The booking process was extremely easy. The trip was very well organised and ran smoothly. The chalet was lovely and the service from our hosts was excellent.

Another great trip
As always, Le Ski know how to get it right. Lovely office staff, willing to go the extra mile, well organised, good travel arrangements, getting us to the Alps safely. Once there, clean chalet ( if a touch bijou it was cosy), great chalet hosts in chalet Notus (1650), Sophie and Dr Steve looked after us so well - excellent meals at breakfast and dinner…….and we even got a good dump of snow. What more could we ask for?
