Fantastic return to the slopes
At every stage, Le Ski got it just right. Good and timely info from the office re Covid requirements to warm welcome and great service from chalet hosts and resort team. Despite fog and flight being redirected to Grenoble changes were managed well.
Beautiful chalet ( but be aware it is a walk to the slopes - through car park is shorter). Our hosts were lovely - great food and nothing too much trouble for them. A problem with hot tub was addressed with good communication.
On day 3 France closed borders to UK. This young team put the threat to season and their jobs to one side and continued to be very positive, putting guests first - because it seemed clear Le Ski was looking after them and communicating well. Made a difference at a time when things could have unravelled.
We have managed 2 Le Ski holidays this season and Le Ski as usual look after us and other customers so well.
Chalet, staff, food excellent…couldn’t ask for more.
LeSki handled everything extremely well under the most difficult circumstances due to Covid. We had a really great holiday and the staff in Rikiki chalet were excellent. Every care was taken. I look forward to my return holiday.
Fabulous chalet, super food, wonderful hosts. Just two days notice of departure when France re-opened to Brits - not too much problem. Two clouds: Most of us in the chalet caught covid (not your fault) and the insoles of my ski boots melted on the dryer after skiing on the last day, when your staff had adjusted the settings on the dryer; getting them fixed this week might be expensive.

Paper work / comms before holiday good, resort organised well, Chalet needed attention to detail sorting out , few lights not working , radiators need bleeding ,

From dealing with team in the office who kept us informed, to the resort staff and chalet hosts Matt and Alice ( who were brilliant), service was consistently good. We also appreciated the snowdome shuttle service to slopes and back. Hard to find fault.

The most organised travel company I have skied with
Excellent service. With all the uncertainty about French boarders opening in time, I was able to phone Le Ski and they answered immediately, no holding on and were able give me up to date information. Flight diversion to different airport, but transfer coaches already there by the time we were out of the airport. Excellent resort and chalet staff. Everything was well organised.

What a wonderful week, the weather was superb.The Chalet Kanjiroba was cosy and comfortable. The host Alice and James were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. I would definitely recommend Le Ski as a company to go skiing with. The professional, organisable skills are second to none. I will be definitely be booking with Le Ski again

The chalet hosts were very friendly and provided a lovely atmosphere for us to enjoy the beautiful chalet. The food was really good and nothing was too much trouble. As usual all the Le Ski representatives were helpful and friendly.
Outstanding service made a brilliant holiday
The Le Ski team were fantastic and looked after us really well starting with seem less management of the flight diversion. The resort team provided great service and did everything possible to ensure we had a great holiday
Great staff, great location, slightly disappointing chalet and meals
Lovely staff, terrific chalet location, service was excellent. Chalet a bit disappointing... the upstairs bedrooms were spacious; having a bedroom off the living room was a bit odd and slightly restricting. The downstairs bedrooms were small and cramped - more like staff quarters compared to upstairs - and of course we got one of those.
There were no coat hooks in our room for ski jackets & salopettes - we ended up using coat hangers on the curtain rail (yes, I did test it to make sure it'd carry the weight)!
The chalet had recently been refurbished - our bathroom was very well fitted, and the bedroom electrics far better than most chalet bedrooms - there were even USB sockets at the bedside tables! I carry extension cables and adapters as these are usually vital on a chalet holiday, but not needed at all here, in fact there was even a 4-way extension in the room.
The living area was rather dark, we needed lights on even during the day, and it would have been very cramped had the chalet been full.
One of our beds had a broken leg which promptly collapsed during the first night. it had clearly just been propped up, rather than reported and fixed propertly. After we escalated the problem to the guest services manager the bed base was exchanged for one from an unused room.
Meals were generally good, generous and nicely cooked, but the menu for the week could have been better chosen - one evening was cheese-heavy - following which we had a cheese platter presented without notice. We opted to wrap it up and have it after dinner on the last evening instead - too much cheese. Chalet staff said, 'funny, previous guests said much the same thing." And the quality of the meat in the lamb tagine was poor - I think the chalet staff knew but they still served it. It should either have been substituted for something else, or cooked much more slowly for a very long time.

A group of 12 of us stayed in the La Saluire chalet this Jan 2022. We had the most fabulous week and were treated like complete royalty by our chalet hosts Emma, Holly and Rupert and cannot thank them enough for their amazing service. Also thank you to Livvy and Gloria for being on hand with any further requests we had during our stay.
