Faultless service from start to finish with nothing being too much to ask. Would 100% recommend and will be using again!

You can't beat Le Ski
Always well thought out and consistently good
However:
Angelique still needs better lighting in the main room.
On departure suggest the chalet hosts in Val itself phone when the coach is ready to leave to prevent more groups having to wait in the cold for 30 minutes

Great stay, great hosts, highly recommend
Would happily recommend Le Ski to family and friends. Service was exemplary and hosts very kind and quick to adhere to our needs. Will definitely be returning to Val D'Isere in the near future.

This was our 5th family holiday with le ski. Every time we have been looked after so so well. All chalets we have stayed in have been beautifully appointed and in great locations. All chalet hosts have treated us like royalty and nothing is ever too much trouble. Or ski comes highly recommended by us!!!

The organisation, the welcome and the service were excellent. The only thing i disliked was flying back from Chembery. It's horrible.

Well organised and welcoming at the airport. Good information on the bus and at the chalet. The two girls at the chalet were always pleasant and friendly. If they did not know something they would find out and let you know.
I was in chalet Angelique and my one criticism of a " deluxe chalet" as it is advertised is that our bedroom and in the lounge was poor lighting. I found it difficult to read a book unless you sat in one of two seats that had an angle poise lamp above. Finally our bedroom did not have a mirror and was pretty basic.

On very satisfied family.
From being picked up at the airport,delivery of passes,and feeding us splendidly all week it was great.We took our family and grandchildren for their first chalet holiday, As long time customers of Le Ski we hoped it would be great ,as usual,it was,the childcare for the crèche was beyond reproach. The whole family loved the experience and can’t wait for a return visit ,it would have been nice to have some Christmas decorations up as it was the 23rd of Dec when we left .Carry on the good work .
