Here at Le Ski we like to think we're pretty good at selecting the perfect staff to make your chalet holiday run smoothly but it seems over the years we also seem to have been pretty good at finding the perfect match for some of our staff. This valentine's day we thought we'd share the story of a pair of our recent past staff who have gone on to set up home together and just recently get engaged.



If you've stayed with us in Val D'Isere between 2005 and 2014 you'll probably have come across Mikey, he has worked nearly every role Le Ski has to offer including chalet host, resort support, guest services manager & chalet manager.  Mikey's fiancee Emily joined us in 2012/13 to run Chalet Bel Air with her good friend Jade.  They did one final season together in Val D'Isere in 2013/14, their favourite memories of their time with Le Ski are the powder days and the monoski world championships held each spring in Val D'Isere.   Since finishing working seasons, Mikey & Emily have moved back to the UK, bought and renovated a house together, got themselves a lovely dog and this Christmas Eve, Mikey got down on one knee and popped the question. Emily said yes and they are planning on getting married next year.
