Val d'Isere bucket list

Here's our 'things-to-do' list for your Val d'Isere holiday. Let us know when you've ticked them all off! (Ask your Guest Services Manager in resort to help with any bookings)

1)       Ski the famous Olympic run La Face. Better still, do it without stopping!

2)       Après-ski in the original Folie Douce. You’ve not done après until you’ve done it here!

3)       Visit the Aiguille Percée, the weird rock formation , then…

4)       … Ski all the way down the black piste Sache: 1250m descent!

5)       Ski end-to-end of the Espace Killy, from Le Fornet in Val d’Isere to Tignes Les Brevieres. And back again!

6)       Party hard in the infamous Dick’s Tea Bar

7)       Ski from the Col d’Iseran (the road used by the Tour de France) down to Bonneval and heli back!

8)       2 glaciers in one day – Le Fornet and Grande Motte

9)       Skating in the open air ice rink

10)     Use the free swimming pass included in your 6 day lift pass

11)     Have a Michelin star meal at the Grande Ourse or L’Atelier d’Edmond

12)     Ice climbing or ice diving with Evolution 2

13)     Test your winter driving skills on the ice karting track

14)     Take a friend for BOGOF cocktails at Victor’s 8-11pm happy hour

15)     See the place from a different perspective - paraglide from Bellevarde

16)     Try a skidoo trip

17)     Check out the ‘Nocturne de jeudi’ in the village, with a vin chaud

18)     Have a luxury aperitif in Le Blizzard

19)     If you’re here 12-14 or 27-28 February, watch the world’s best freestyle skiers at Frostgun

20)     Enjoy a hot chocolate and patisserie at Maison Chevallot

21)     Take in the views from the top of the Cugnai chairlift

22)     Watch horses thunder across the snow in the Snow Polo Masters Tour 15-17 January

20)     Enjoy a glass of fizzy in our outdoor hot tub!
