Another wonderful holiday with Le Ski. Chalet spotlessly clean, excellent cooked breakfasts, afternoon tea (with home-baked cakes) and wonderful 3 course evening meals all prepared by our fantastic chalet host. Ski lift passes waiting for us on arrival. Nothing was too much trouble. Already looking forward to booking with them again next year.

Excellent, from advise before we left as to when France was likely to re-open, to help at the airport when one of our party had the wrong paperwork to get into France, to the wonderful chalet host we had and the excellent resort manager all of whom contributed to a great holiday for all 7 of us.

The pre holiday contact and travel arrangements were good. The chalet was excellent. The only problem was it’s location at the top of a steep icy hill which was almost impossible to negotiate with ski boots and skis. This fact alone made it imperative for a shuttle bus service. The shuttle service was adequate but could be improved ,something along the lines of the service VIP SKI use to provide .What ever little extra this would have cost we would have been happy to have paid . The food and chalet hosts were excellent the wine was drinkable all in all a solid 4 stars.

We were so relieved and elated when our hugely-anticipated January trip to Courchevel went ahead, once France eased Covid travel restrictions – thanks to Le Ski for getting us there! We stayed at Chalet Golden Eagle and couldn’t have wished for a nicer chalet, host or fellow guests. Heather, our brilliant host, cooked up the most incredible cuisine, we were truly spoilt! It was well worth the wait to return to the mountains and we can’t wait to go back!
Unparalleled service from Le Ski
Our stay at Chalet Golden Eagle was just fabulous! After two years away from the slopes expectations were inevitably high but, as always, Le Ski did not disappoint. Our fantastic host, Heather was the most amazing chef - her incredible food more than equalled the fare served up at the ritzy resort restaurants; she also kept the chalet immaculately clean. We were among three families at our 9-bed chalet & it’s fair to say our holiday left us on Cloud 9. Well done Le Ski - it can’t have been easy getting us back on the slopes amid the trials & tribulations of the Covid crisis- your customer service, in our opinion, is unparalleled!
Excellent ski company - we always use them
We've travelled with LeSki three times, most recently in 2022, and always had a great holiday. Excellent attention to detail, lovely chalets, well-trained hosts - and very friendly and effective staff back at base handling the admin. Only thing to watch: the use of Chambéry airport is a blessing and curse... when it works well the transfers are a dream. But when the visibility messes things up you can't help wishing they just used Lyon or Geneva.

Exceptional staff.
The holiday was really very good. Everyone was treated very well and they have exceptional staff in resort.
There were no problems at all with the trip. But I can imagine they would look after their clients very well if there had been.
Booking help very good. Chalet host very good. Same menu as past 10 years!
Couldn’t have had a better week in the Alps.
Our hosts, Manon and Jack, were superb all week, information from Livvy and Gloria was timely and exactly what we needed. Restaurant booking was what we asked for.
The only downside was the slightly cool hot tub, but that is a first world problem.
I would recommend LeSki to anyone looking to book a holiday in Espace Killy.
Le Ski step up to the Covid challenge!
Another great holiday with Le Ski! The service from the booking team is always excellent and stepped up another level to deal with all the curve balls Covid has thrown. This continued through to the resort team who dealt with changes to regulations whilst we were in France efficiently and professionally.
Eagle's Nest is in a great location and Heather was a fantastic host. We're looking forward to returning again in March!

Fantastic return to the slopes
At every stage, Le Ski got it just right. Good and timely info from the office re Covid requirements to warm welcome and great service from chalet hosts and resort team. Despite fog and flight being redirected to Grenoble changes were managed well.
Beautiful chalet ( but be aware it is a walk to the slopes - through car park is shorter). Our hosts were lovely - great food and nothing too much trouble for them. A problem with hot tub was addressed with good communication.
On day 3 France closed borders to UK. This young team put the threat to season and their jobs to one side and continued to be very positive, putting guests first - because it seemed clear Le Ski was looking after them and communicating well. Made a difference at a time when things could have unravelled.
We have managed 2 Le Ski holidays this season and Le Ski as usual look after us and other customers so well.
Chalet, staff, food excellent…couldn’t ask for more.
LeSki handled everything extremely well under the most difficult circumstances due to Covid. We had a really great holiday and the staff in Rikiki chalet were excellent. Every care was taken. I look forward to my return holiday.
Fabulous chalet, super food, wonderful hosts. Just two days notice of departure when France re-opened to Brits - not too much problem. Two clouds: Most of us in the chalet caught covid (not your fault) and the insoles of my ski boots melted on the dryer after skiing on the last day, when your staff had adjusted the settings on the dryer; getting them fixed this week might be expensive.
