The chalet was first rate - very near the lift and handy for the town. It was v comfortable and our host though alone looked after us extremely well. The food was very good. The pick up and drop off arrangements worked extremely well with staff on hand at the airport making sure we got to our 'bus quickly and away in very good time. Overall an excellent week and thanks so much to the staff at Le Ski for their efforts. Defo book again with them.

Very well organised hosts eager to please and very consistent. Two days off now means the chalet experience is less good value compared to hotels. We will now book hotels in the future.

The holiday from start to finish was excellent, I really could not find fault, staff were pleasant and friendly, accommodation as described, food was superb.

Exceptional service
This company is professional, knowledgeable and all staff are personable. We’ve had the pleasure of using their services for the last 3 years and have booked for next year already. We’ve been treated to exceptional service in excellent accommodation with friendly and very capable chalet staff . Le Ski is still among the best in the price range
As ever, excellent staff (Lara) and food, and on this occasion a particularly excellent chalet! Le Ski have also managed to accommodate the new requirements of the French employment law without significantly downgrading the holiday experience.

Good stay
Staff service good but communication could improve. When we asked for games it took almost a week for them to arrive.
Also, perhaps some Sanitary bags?

Lovely chalet
Good organization of flight and coach and very good hosts in chalet.
Food generally good but breakfast could be improved - less pancakes etc.
2 days out of 7 of self catering is not what we go on holiday for.

Perfect
Chalet Terrase was lovely. The location is very good with easy access to all the lifts and shops.
Ruby who looked after us was a star. I was very impressed that someone so young could produce such magnificent meals. So well done to Ruby.
Arther the liason man was very good he arranged meals and gave us some very good information on the restaurants and how the resort ticked.
Thanks to you all another great holiday.
