Decline
Have been using Le Ski for several seasons. Seem to be sliding down hill. This is second Le Ski holiday of the season. Issues:
Week 1(Michelle):
Boot warmer not working 'because first week of season'. Don't you do pre-season checks?
First aid kit contained time expired items - ditto.
Bad weather for journey home (not your fault!) but dumped about 300 yards from terminal in pouring rain. Never been dropped off that far away before, nor on second trip.
Week 2 (Petit Marmau):
Fewer glitches, but chalet getting a bit tired - doors not closing (same last year- surgery you can sort it out?)
Overall really don't like the canapes and bubbles every night thing - too much food, too late. Also two staff nights off makes a huge difference. Some companies are staggering the staff, so that each chalet only has one night uncovered, some leave a meal to heat up (eg fish pie, shepherd's pie) on one of the nights off.
Generally food quality less good than previous years - hosts all lovely though!

Been with LeSki a number of times and consistently good. Previously skiing trips were top end hotels in decent resorts and this works out a similar quality, with food and wine included, and therefore better value. Will be using again for certain

We have been visiting these chalets for many years. Previously the only downside was the walk down and back up the hill; the recently introduced shuttle service eliminates this.
The chalet refit is very attractive and to a high standard though it is a shame that thermostatic bath/shower controls weren't fitted. Plenty of hot water.
No/erratic Wi-Fi in the top floor rooms. We got a weak signal from another chalet.

Another great le ski holiday!
We had a fabulous family holiday in 1650 over new year, again le ski exceeded all expectations. Anna was a fantastic host, nothing was too much trouble, she was warm and friendly with our children’s chatter and her food was great, and worked so well for us all. Her lemon cake and chocolate fondants were rated the best ever by the children! Service was seamless from the moment we booked. We’re looking forward to coming back!

Fabulous.
Fabulous holiday. Couldn't fault anything. We are regular Le Ski customers having returned for the past 12 years. This year did not disappoint. Our Chalet Host Ellie was amazing, her food superb. We had friends with extra dietary needs and she seemlessly provided for this within the menu? Hoping to come again this season.
