Always a great stay with
Always have a great stay in Chalet Rikiki with Le Ski, so much so we've gone back year after year.
The staff are always friendly and welcoming, their food is excellent and their great service becomes a part of the holiday itself.

Excellent as usual. Ease ofTransfers and chalet hosts superb. Great assistance when needing to seek medical help and obtaining extra seating on flight home.

Great holiday with le ski sgain
Initially the food provided was not enough as the young men who were chalet hosts were used to families. We then had too much and by day 3 they got it right. We had some very nice meals and great hosts.

Would book again!
Excellent accommodation. Clean and modern. Large social space. Hosts were absolutely lovely and tried very hard to please. My only concern is that it felt like they were being a bit exploited due to their young age. It was hard, at times, for them to cope with the dinners, multi tasking etc. We could see they were exhausted by the end of the week and it was not nice to see that as a guest. some of the skills they need comes with experience and they were straight out of school. Le Ski should think about always pairing up the younger members.
Nice to see the management members who kept dropping in. Very friendly service.

Great trip to Chalet Bel Air, Val D'isere Jan 2019
Booked Chalet Bel Air in Val D'isere for a small group. Good communication and information before the holiday. Plenty of staff in airport on arrival into Chambery. Chalet staff were helpful and polite (the luggage transfer in resort was great). Food was great all week. Overall seemed a well run and professional operation. Our rep was very helpful with a few queries etc. during the week.

Exceptional
Our chalet was beautiful with amazing host in Marchin and Lilly they were so well organised but definitely fitted in with the holiday we wanted. As a large group taking the whole space this wa perfect I couldn’t recommend highly enough and if we knew our host would be Marchin again would be back tomorrow!

Great staff all through make a great holiday
Friendly, helpful and efficient from booking through to the end of the holiday. A great small chalet with a fabulous host, great food. Our first trip with a young grandchild - our nanny was marvellous and the child care arrangements in general were just what was needed. It made for a great holiday for parents and grandparents.

Fantastic holiday
Stayed at Ski Lodge Rabel in La Tania. The 3 young staff who looked after us were fantastic and the food they provided was just amazing.

Absolutely fantastic from beginning to end . Chalet was amazing and made even better by the superb chalet girls who were so attentive. Every meal was of a high standard and loved the afternoon cakes . Nothing but good things to say about the whole experience .

Excellent holiday!
We all had a wonderful holiday. We were so wel looked after by our chalet host Eliza, and our daughter had a wonderful time with her nanny all week.
We had a fantastic holiday and would love to return in the future.

Everything works well from booking to going home. Accommodation, food, transfers and flights. Never had a dud holiday.
