Le ski manager alex’s Number
Chalet was nice but problems like door handles not working couldn’t stand in the shower beds too small and was too cold in there host was great and the manager Alex was great if I could get her number that would be awesome as I’ve split up with my girlfriend now

Great ski holiday
From the initial contact at the airport to the drop off a week later the whole of the Le Ski staff were friendly, efficient and approachable.
The chalet was just a short walk to the centre of 1650. The chalet was warm, clean and comfortable.
If I was to suggest any improvements I would suggest a light to see the buttons on the garage door and wether there’s a possibilty of a picnic option rather than afternoon tea which we as a group never came back for ?

Great Chalet, great staff.
Everything at the Chalet was good. The one thing that annoyed me was that in a deal where the ski passes were included in the price, no allowance was given for people who were entitled to free passes even though I noticed that Le Ski obtained free passes for those people and presumably retained that money themselves.

Excellent food with varied menu. Great Chalet location. Top staff. Quiet bedroom. Nice front room for socialising. Well timed transfers. Enough going on in La Tania and nice no cars.

Staff were excellent, really friendly and professional especially Will! The food in general was pretty good but some dishes could have been better and portion sizes were at times stingy. All in all we had a great week and would holiday with Le Ski again!

Amazing holiday each time - great people from booking through to the resort
So helpful at every stage from booking through to the transfer to resort and in the chalet we were looked after incredibly well!!

Fantastic holiday and service
The quality of the accommodation and service from the staff was excellent. The food was excellent and added to a very relaxing holiday. My only recommendation would be to clear on the location of this Chalet as having to walk children alone the main road was not ideal. It would also be worth offering this chalet with pre-booked lockers in the resort as it is too far to walk with equipment each day.

A really awesome experience
We had a really amazing experience with Le Ski - the best I have had with any ski company. All the staff were so friendly, our host Ella was an absolute delight and the food she prepared us was delicious. I hired my skis through the suggested company and they delivered them to our chalet and took them away at the end of the week. Le ski also took our suitcases from the coach to our accommodation which was really helpful. Would definitely book through them again and would recommend to anyone looking for a ski holiday.

Excellent customer service
Le Ski provided excellent customer service. Always answered all our questions quickly and appropriately. Our chalet host was fantastic and the staff at the resort all worked well together and I cannot fault the service or staff in any way whatsoever. Highly recommended.

Personal service from booking to actual holiday was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Charlie and Oskar were great chalet hosts. All meals and cakes were delicious. They even managed to cook us a great Christmas lunch which is no mean feat. They also managed to cope with young and older alike.

Great Chalet and Staff - It couldn't have been a merrier Christmas
James and Will were wonderful hosts! The food was terrific as was the wine Great service and there was always a member of the wider staff checking in to see if we were OK and if we needed anything. We can also highly recommend the Snowberry ski hire and shuttle service in the morning. It really feels like and each and every person really loves their jobs.
