Excellent service with a smile.
Rob, our chalet host at Caribou was excellent. He was always cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. His cooking was delicious and the presentation was always excellent. Rob is a credit to Le Ski and their staff selection process. Le Ski are a very customer focussed company which is why we have travelled with them for many years including twice in 2019.

Excellent holiday
Really nice chalet. The two chalet girls were great - nice and pleadant and superb cooks. La Daille is a nice place - not to busy, but a short hop to Val. Snow was great. Slopes to suit all abilities within easy reach. All in all, excellent hol - I'd go again like a shot.

Competent responsive team who flex to guests requests and facilitate an enjoyable holiday. Happy to entrust our next skiing holiday to them.

Not recommended
Accommodation was cold and shabby. Frequent disturbance in the middle of the night by foul-mouthed guests in adjacent chalet who were staying in our building. Local staff seemed unable to do anything about this when I told them. What’s to like? I moved out to alternative accommodation.

Simply the best
Personal service from all their staff is first rate. Even small requests are handled with care and efficiency. From booking to the chalet hosting I have very little to suggest that could be done better at this price point.

Having skied with Le Ski close to 10 years I have and still do find the whole process from start to finish very efficient conducted by a very professional team in the UK and pleasant staff in resort.

Excellent food, great staff and comfortable accommodation. Being able to talk to staff who knows the resort when you’re booking is a big plus.

Fantastic and friendly
The location of the chalet was fantastic.
The warm welcome from the hosts and the friendly atmosphere they created was great. It was extremely clean and warm. The food and wine were also excellent.
I would recommend le ski to any of my friends. The new hot tube was the best part.

Another great ski trip
As ever, very well organised (despite some earlier hiccups in the chalet). The chalet hosts were excellent and easily met the high standards we have come to expect over the years
