Following a recent transformation of all three downstairs bedrooms, we are delighted to report that the owner of Angelique has remodelled and renewed the top 2 floors of this beautiful chalet.
Recent work included new bathrooms in the 3 bedrooms on the middle and top floors, new kitchen, new plasterwork and new lighting in the lounge and dining areas, new gym floor, new steam room celing, new entrance flooring - you get the idea...and you can now see the pictures in the gallery above.
Angelique is no ordinary chalet. It is a highly unusual, extremely spacious property. We've seen some Alpine accommodation in our time but never anything quite like Angelique. It reminds us of a mini stately home or an English country house. You half expect Hercule Poirot to come up the oak staircase, assemble all the guests in the magnificent lounge and ask them where they've been skiing all day...and why one of their number is missing!
Angelique is sumptuously furnished, very generously proportioned and has a thoroughly relaxing feel about it. The living areas are extremely spacious, classy and comfortable. The large log fireplace invites you and your friends to gather round with pre dinner drinks and fib about the runs you skied that day. The cosy library off the lounge is also home to a DVD player in case you just want to turn off completely.
There are 6 ensuite bedrooms. The top floor master suite is huge, with its own lounge area, a bath and a separate shower. This room is worth fighting for...but the living and dining areas are so comfortable and spacious that a week in any room here is treat.
For those who like an extra bit of exercise (!!) there's a well kitted out gymnasium. For the less energetic amongst us there's a very sociable steam room which uses the same top quality materials as the bathrooms.
Maison d'Angelique is also well located on a very peaceful back road just 3 minutes walk from the lifts in La Daille. The almost constant Val d'Isere bus stops less than 2 minutes from the chalet. Pretty handy, eh?

A wonderful week!

We have travelled with LeSki before and really appreciate the Loyalty discounts on the holiday price, particularly as the level of service, friendly staff, excellent food and accommodation from LeSki are unbeatable. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Generally we'll run chalet holiday but bread should be fresh

Le ski provide an excellent service from start to finish.
A consistently great ski company
Great once again. Food, chalet hosts Chesca and Joash and accommodation. A bit too warm overnight though!
Our only complaint is no wheelchair accessible chalet so we can’t bring our disabled son. The one that might be had a very steep road/path up to it

Brilliant ski holidays ,in fantastic resorts!
Excellent service from start to finish. I have stayed with Le ski for more than 20 weeks and would not hesitate to recommend them!
Wonderful Staff....Great food!
Good level of resources, nice to have 3 x chalet hosts and Resort Manager visiting on a regular basis, which certainly led to a high level of personal and friendly service
