Chalet hosts excellent, always cheerful so helpful and first class cooks.
The chalet hosts in Roc Merlet were excellent. Always cheerful and so helpful. I managed to fall down the stairs on the first day and they were appeared as if by magic to help A minor maintenance request was answered and rectified promptly. The meals were prepared to a high standard, although the cakes were a little too sweet for my liking.
The ski instruction was excellent. Max took the group that I was in and his coaching and humour could not have made the experience more enjoyable.
The transfers were efficient and went smoothly. The prearranged front seat that I need to counter motion sickness was available and that is important to me.

Fabulous start to the ski season, sets you up on the right foot.
It starts with the friendly and knowledgeable customer service when booking the ski clinic throigh to the benefit of ' repeaters' as chalet hosts who were exceptional in their cheffing, helpfulness and keeping the chalet running smoothly.
The reps displayed their professionalism by knowing their stuff and imparting it in a confident and helpful manner.
All staff wanted to give their clients a memorable experience and they did!

Superb!
After a few years away due to the Pandemic we returned to Le Ski and had a fantastic time. The Chalet was comfortable and warm. The hosts were amazing; the standard of the food and the care and attention by the staff were outstanding (thanks to Manon; Jack and Zack plus the chalet support staff). I would definitely recommend Le Ski to anybody seeking a comfortable and relaxed ski holiday.

Great holiday, great hosts
Chalet du Berger could do with an update (especially the en-suite facilities), but Oliver and Abi were superb hosts and contributed to a great atmosphere. The holiday was thoroughly enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate to use Le Ski again.

A great ski chalet company who know exactly what they're doing & do it well
Super service from booking to the very end of the holiday. A lovely chalet (except for the rather meagre bed linen & the tired mattresses!), a great chalet host & impeccable service from the other staff in Courchevel and the UK office. le Ski is easy and fun to deal with!

A friendly team , with a chalet in a good position. A quirky old chalet with plenty of character , but not suitable for anyone wanting modern luxury . Our bedroom was a bit cramped , but shower room etc were excellent

A holiday company you can trust to deliver.
We had a wonderful holiday in Courchevel in April & we’re blessed with great snow. Service from Le Ski was impeccable from start to finish. We had a small hiccup over ski passes but this was resolved by Iona the resort manager. I chalet host was great and the food was delicious, beautifully presented and always plenty of it. I would not hesitate to recommend Le Ski.

Excellent accommodation, food and general service
The accommodation was right by the nursery slopes for the kids. The food from the chalet hosts was phenomenal. All staff very friendly and professional. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!
